我国体育产业结构优化研究——基于中美比较的借鉴与启示

Industrial Structure in China's Sports Industry: A Sino-US Comparative Study

在供给侧结构性改革背景下,我国体育产业结构不合理问题显得尤为突出。通过中美比较的视角,剖析中美体育产业结构的内外部特征,探寻中美体育产业结构的差异性,对优化我国体育产业结构起到借鉴和启示作用。研究表明:美国体育产业在国民经济中的地位和作用较高,产业结构合理;中国体育产业在国民经济中的地位和作用较低,产业结构不合理;影响中美体育产业结构的差异性因素有缘起、消费文化、体育管理体制、经济发展水平、政府作用等。启示:优化中国体育产业结构需培育体育消费、推进体育管理体制改革、发展体育主导产业、完善体育产业结构政策。

With the supply-side structural reform, irrationality of China＇ s sports industry structure has become more out- standing. From the perspective of Sino-US comparison, the authors analyzed internal and external characteristics of China＇ s and American sports industry structures, and explored the differences between these two structures so as to provide refer- ence and enlightenment to optimize China＇ s sports industry structure. The results show that American sports industry has a higher status and role in the national economy and the industrial structure is reasonable ;China＇ s sports industry has a lower status and role in the national economy, and the industrial structure is unreasonable;the factors causing the differences in sports industry structure between China and America include the consumption culture, the sports management system, the level of economic development, the role of government and so on. Enlightenment has been got that sports consumption should be fostered, the reform of sports management system should be pushed forward, leading sports industry should be developed and policy system of sports industry should be improved to optimize China＇ s sports industry structure.
