幼儿学习品质发展策略的扎根研究

Research on the Development Strategy of Children's Learning Quality Based on the Grounded Theory

依据扎根理论,运用质性分析软件QSR-NVivo 11对1993-2017年47篇核心期刊论文中幼儿学习品质发展策略进行文本编码,发现幼儿学习品质发展策略包括学习品质定位、学习品质识别、关键学习品质、幼儿主体实践、专项训练、课程融合、游戏、榜样示范、阶段性评价、持续改善、外围环境支持等11个方面。通过理论编码阶段对11种策略类属关系分析,建构了幼儿学习品质发展策略框架。该框架认为,幼儿学习品质的发展应以幼儿学习品质发展需求识别为逻辑起点,依赖结构化的学习品质内容,通过多元化的发展途径,借助学习品质发展过程性评价与家庭——幼儿园——社会立体式支持系统,最终促进幼儿学习品质持续提升。

Based on the Grounded Theory, and by text coding 47 theses on development strategy of children＇ s learning quality in core journals published from 1993 to 2017 with QSR - NVivol 1, we find that development strategies of children ＇ s learning quality include the following 11 aspects ： orientation of learning quality, identifica- tion of learning quality, key learning quality, children＇s dominated practice, specialized training, curriculum in- tegration, games, model demonstrating, stage evaluation, continuous improvement and peripheral support. By the- ory coding, category relation between the eleven strategies has been analyzed and strategy framework of develop- ment strategy of children＇ s learning quality has been established. According to this theoretical framework, require- ment identification is the logical starting point of children＇ s learning quality, and children＇ s learning quality de- velopment must depend on structured learning content, adopt diversified development path and draw support from process evaluation of children＇ s learning quality development and the stereo supporting system from family - kin- dergarten -society to help children＇s learning quality promote continuously.
