摘要 Dear Editor Panax notoginseng (Burk) F.H. Chen, belonging to the genus Panax (Araliaceae), is one of the most highly valued medicinal plants in the world. The dried root of this plant, known as "Sanchi", is one of the most commonly used traditional Chinese medicines and has been used as a top-class tonic for more than 2000 years.
