云南省化解煤炭行业过剩产能职工安置问题研究

Study on staff resettlement problems from resolution of overcapacity in Yunnan Provincial coal industry

针对云南省煤炭行业化解过剩产能职工安置的基本现状,分析产能过剩失业职工再就业的基本特点和发展趋势,剖析化解过剩产能过程中职工安置存在的问题,提出云南省煤炭行业去产能失业职工再就业的对策建议,对云南省破解过剩产能企业职工安置难题,保障煤炭行业失业职工合法权益具有参考价值。

According to the basic status of the staff resettlement in Yunnan Provincial coal industry with the resolution of the overcapacity, the paper analyzed the basic features and development tendency of the re-employment for the overcapacity unem- ployed workers and discussed the problems existed in the resolution process of the overcapacity. The counter measure proposals were provided on the re-employment of the overcapacity unemployed workers in Yunnan Provincial coal industry and would have a reference value to resolve the staff resettlement difficulty of the overcapacity enterprises and to protect the legal rights of the unemployed workers in the coal enterprises.
