摘要
在煤炭行业"去产能"的大背景下,以煤炭企业职工的信息素质为切入点,运用较为成熟的预测及分析方法构建煤炭企业员工信息素质评价模型,描述煤炭企业职工信息素质指标体系,分析其评价过程,包括信息意识主成分综合值、信息能力主成分综合值、信息道德主成分综合值、信息素质综合值,提出其模型的使用群体及现实意义,希望能够为化解煤炭行业剩余职工再就业过程中出现的矛盾及提高全社会劳动者信息素质提供一些理论依据。
Under a large background of a "de-capacity" in the coal industry, with the information quality of the employees in the coal enterprises as a breakthrough point, a mature prediction and the analysis method were applied to establish a information quality evaluation model of the employees in the coal enterprise and to describe the information quality index system of the employees in the coal enterprises. The evaluation process was analyzed, including the principal components comprehensive value of the information sense, the principal components comprehensive value of the information capacity, the principal components comprehensive value of the information morality and the comprehensive value of the information quality. The application group and practical significances of the model were provided in order to provide some theoretical basis to resolve the contradictions occurred in the re-employment process of the rest staff in the coal industry and to improve the information quality of the whole social laborers.
