SZQu推进剂与其他部件的外相容性研究

Study on the Exterior Compatibility between SZQu Propellant and other Components

摘要 采用差示扫描量热法(Differential Scanning Calorimetry,DSC)分别测定了在75℃条件下老化了7、50 d的SZQu推进剂与缩醛漆、丁腈橡胶、聚硫橡胶、纸垫、隔热层等接触材料的外相容性,利用傅里叶红外光谱分析仪进一步测试了外相容性较差体系中的SZQu推进剂性能。根据傅里叶红外光谱中SZQu推进剂的基团变化,确定了接触材料是否对SZQu推进剂性能产生影响。结果表明:根据DSC曲线和评价相容性的标准,SZQu推进剂与丁腈橡胶、聚硫橡胶的外相容性较差,评定为轻微敏感;SZQu推进剂与缩醛漆、纸垫、隔热层的外相容性良好;结合傅里叶红外光谱曲线,进一步判断出聚硫橡胶对SZQu推进剂性能有较大影响,丁腈橡胶对SZQu推进剂性能影响不大。 The exterior compatibility of SZQu propellant that is aged for 7 d and 50 d under the condition of 75 ℃ among contact materials such as phenolic-butyral resin, Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR), polysulfide rubber, paper pad, thermal-protective coating and so on is tested respectively by Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC). The further test is made on SZQu propellant performance in the poor exte- rior compatibility system by using Fourier transform infrared spectrometer. Based on the group changes of SZQu propellant in the Fourier transform infrared spectrum, whether the contact materials will have an impact on SZQu propellant is confirmed. The result shows that: according to the DSC curves and the evaluation standard of the exterior compatibility, SZQu propellant is in poor exterior compatibility with NBR, polysulfide rubber, which is evaluated as mild sensitivity; SZQu propellant is in good exterior com- patibility with phenolic-butyral resin, paper pad, thermal-protective coating. Combining with the Fourier transform infrared spectrum curves, the further judgment can be made as follows: the polysulfide rubber has a greater effect on SZQu propellant performance; the NBR has little effect on SZQu propellant performance.
