高职院校拓展学生职业素质的研究

Research on Improving Students' Professional Quality in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校的主要任务是为社会培养出具有良好职业素质的人才,以就业为基本导向,依据企业实际需求培养相关人才,提升企业的市场竞争力。本文主要阐述高职学生职业素质相关概念,分析高职学生职业素质类型及当前国内高职院校拓展学生职业素质的现状,提出引起相关问题的主要原因,进而提出拓展学生职业素质的有效对策。

the main task of higher vocational colleges is to cultivate talents with good professional quality for the society,with employment as the basic orientation;it is required to cultivate relevant talents according to the actual requirements of enterprises to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises.This paper mainly elaborates the related concepts of vocational quality of vocational students,analyzes the professional quality of vocational students and the current domestic vocational colleges to improve the professional quality of students,puts forward the main causes of related problems,and effective measures to improve the professional quality of students are proposed hereby.
