利用优势 充分发挥高职院校培训作用——高职院校在百万技能人才培训中作用的研究

Giving Full Play of the Training Function of Higher Vocational Colleges by Taking Advantages——Study on the Role of Vocational Colleges in the Training of Millions of Talents

天津市高职院校经过"十一五"、"十二五"的全面建设,拥有了国内先进的实训基地,培养了一支理论水平高、实践技能强的师资队伍,开发了职业技能鉴定培训包,培训资源丰富,但还存在一些问题,为了更好的发挥高职院校在百万技能人才培训中的作用,提出了改进建议。

Tianjin higher vocational colleges have possessed advanced training bases in China,cultivated a strong teaching staff team with high theoretical level and strong practical skills and developed vocational skills appraisal training package with abundant training resources through the comprehensive construction of＂Eleventh Five-Year Plan＂,＂Twelfth Five Year Plan＂,but there are still some problems,this paper puts forward suggestions for improvement in order to better play the role of vocational colleges in the training of millions of skilled personnel.
