based on the summary of training of vocational education pilot projects for bus drivers in Jiangsu, Anhui and Yunnan, this paper fully investigates the largescale vans transportation enterprises in Tianjin according to the requirements of transportation industry management and public security traffic management. Besides, it plans and designs the talent cultivation goals, curriculum structure and teaching arrangements for driving specialty combining the actual situation of vocational education in Tianjin.
