以学生需求为导向高职会计专业教学模式供给侧改革研究 被引量:6

摘要 本文通过发放问卷的方法,通过针对本市10所开设会计专业高职院校的600个学生样本进行问卷调查,从学生对于会计专业教学需求出发,精心设计问卷调研题目,其中涉及专业课程、实训课程设置、教材选用、教师能力、教学法等内容,结合社会岗位需求和专业人才培养目标对学生对于所学专业需求进行多维度的具体分析。利用统计工具,将样本调查结果进行梳理,得出对本研究中较为重要的几个影响因素,再结合实际现状分析,提出专业教学模式的供给侧改革建议。新模式更加强调:"理实一体,突出实践"的特点,通过打造"点、线、面"的教学学习模式,构架从单一岗位到复杂商业模式的学生学习情境,使学生逐步得到"看、学、做、用、觉、悟"六个维度学习能力的提升,从而更加精准对接岗位的实践操作能力以更加适应岗位需求。 This article carries out a questionnaire survey to colleges which has accounting majors by giving out questionnaires 600 students of 10 higher vocational We start from students' requirements for accounting major teaching. We design questionnaire survey questions seriously. The questions involve major courses, set up of actual training courses, teaching materials' selection, teacher' s ability, teaching methods and so on. Analyzing the demand of students needed combining with social demand and professional talent training target. Using the statistical tool to sort the survey result and reach some im- portant factors to this research. We come up with educational model supplyside reform advice. The new model emphasize the characteristic as "theory and practice as a whole, extrude practice. " Construct a learning environment from a single post to complex business model by means of making "point, line and plane" educational model. The students can get six dimensions learning ability's promotion about "look, learn, do, use, sense, realize" step by step. The students can butt joint the post's practical operation ability and adapt job requirement accurately more.
