车用涤纶织物除甲醛整理对雾化度的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用多种除甲醛剂对汽车内饰用涤纶织物进行除甲醛整理,探讨了除甲醛整理对织物雾化度及相关性能的影响,并研究了其净化甲醛的性能。结果表明,除甲醛剂FK-1、FK-2、FK-3、FK-5、FK-6整理涤纶织物后,织物的雾化度有所提高,但均符合标准要求,整理后织物的甲醛去除率可达到75%以上,其拒水性能、柔软性、色牢度和耐磨性变化不大。 The formaldehyde removal finish of automotive interior polyester fabrics is carried out with dif- ferent formaldehyde removal agents. The influences of formaldehyde removal agent on the formalde- hyde removal rate, fogging and some related performances of polyester fabric are studied. The results show that the fogging degree increases (lower than standard values) after finishing by formaldehyde re- moval agents FK-1, FK-2, FK-3, FK-5, FK-6. The formaldehyde removal rate of polyester fabrics after fin- ishing is over 75%, and the performances of water repellency, softening behavior, color fastness, abra- sion resistance are maintained.
