Experimental study on toughness of different types of fiber reinforced concrete

摘要 为研究混凝土肋形永久模板,分别设计制作了掺加不同纤维的混凝土试件,并对其进行抗压、抗弯(折)和抗冲击试验,通过压折比、抗弯(折)和抗冲击性能检验不同纤维混凝土的韧性。结果表明,掺钢纤维的混凝土韧性均高于掺PVA纤维的混凝土,掺长纤维的混凝土韧性高于掺短纤维的混凝土。 In order to study the concrete rib-typed permanent template,reinforced concrete specimens with different fiber contents were designed and manufactured,the experiments for compression,bending( folding) and impact resistance were carried out.The toughness of different fiber concrete was tested by compression-bending ratio,bending and impact resistance performance experiments.The results show that the toughness of steel fiber reinforced concrete is higher than that of PVA fiber concrete,and the toughness of long fiber concrete is higher than that of short fiber concrete.
