α-生育酚琥珀酸酯对过度运动小鼠NK细胞平衡及ApoE基因表达影响研究

Effects of alpha-tocopherol succinate on balance of NK cells and Apo E gene expression in excessive movement mice

通过α-生育酚琥珀酸酯作用于过度运动小鼠,观察其对小鼠NK细胞平衡及ApoE基因表达的影响。结果表明:α-生育酚琥珀酸酯对于克服过度运动小鼠免疫抑制现象具有显著作用,主要表现为CD3+、CD16+、CD56+细胞因子极显著下降(P<0.01);ApoE mRNA及ApoE蛋白表达量极显著上升(P<0.01)。不同剂量α-生育酚琥珀酸酯作用效果有一定差别,高剂量组NK细胞平衡及ApoE表达显著优于低剂量组(P<0.05)。

By alpha-tocopherol succinic acting on the excessive movement mice, the effects of it on balance of NK cells and ApoE gene expression in mice were investigated. The results showed that the alpha tocopherol succinic to overcome immunosuppressive phenomenon of excessive movement mice had significant effect, with CD3^＋, CD16^＋ ,CD56^＋ cells factor decreasing extremely significant （P〈0.01）,and ApoE mRNA and ApoE protein expression increasing extremely significant （P〈0.01）. Different concentrations of alpha-tocopherol succinic had certain different effects. The balance of NK cells and the ApoE expression of high concentration group was obviously better than that of low concentration group （P〈0.05）.
