摘要
以硫酸钛溶液为前驱体,通过水热法合成锐钛矿相纳米二氧化钛。以乙二醇为碳源,采用水热法合成碳量子点,并用氨水、乙二胺、氯化亚砜分别对碳量子点进行表面改性。然后在真空干燥箱中将改性的碳量子点与二氧化钛复合,制备出复合光催化剂。通过荧光光谱(PL)、X射线衍射(XRD)对样品形貌、晶粒尺寸、荧光性质进行分析。
Anatase nanometer titanium dioxide was synthesized by using the titanium sulfate solution through a hydro-thermal route. Carbon quantum dots were synthesized via hydro-thermal method, using ethylene glycol as carbon sources and carbon quantum dots were done the treatment of surface modification by using ammonium hydroxide, ethylenediamine and sulfoxide chloride. Then prepared compound photocatalyst by mixing the modified carbon quantum dots and titanium dioxide in the vacuum drying oven. The surface morphology, diameter distribution and optical properties were characterized by photoluminescence (PL) and x-ray diffraction (XRD).
