摘要
本文采用三氯化铁(FC)、聚氯化铁(PFC)、聚合硫酸铁(PFS)及聚合氯化铝(PAC)混凝剂对污泥进行调理,考察不同混凝剂及其投加量对生活污泥脱水性能的影响。结果表明:使用不同混凝剂对污泥脱水效果存在不同的差异,并随混凝剂投药量的增大,污泥比阻、污泥含水率、滤液pH、滤液色度及浊度得到有效降低;当混凝剂投药量为干污泥27%,污泥脱水效果最好。
In this paper, using ferric chloride, poly ferric chloride, poly ferric sulfate and poly aluminum chloride flocculant on sludge conditioning, the effects of different dosage of coagulant and its influence on sludge dewatering. The results show that the use of different coagulants is different on sludge dewatering effect, and with the coagulant dosage increased, the specific resistance of sludge and sludge water content, pH, chroma and turbidity of filtrate filtrate effectively reduced; when the coagulant dosage was 27% of dry sludge, the sludge dewatering effect was best.
