摘要
为实现对物料输送及化工系统的物理结构正确描述,开展对相关系统的动态流程模拟,作者研究了基于流程邻接矩阵建模和求解的管网系统建模方法,并利用采用该技术的DSO(Dynamic Simulation&Optimization)模拟平台开展了对某化工装置动态仿真工作。实践表明,依据上述思路开发的系统动态仿真模型能够完整准确地地表达过程系统管网的物理结构信息,模型求解迅速。为研究相关装置的运行及节能降耗提供了有利条件。
In order to develop dynamic process simulation system for material deliver system & chemical process. Adjacency matrix identification & calculation algorithm has been researched. Process simulator of certain chemical plant based on DSO (Dynamic Simulation & Optimization) platform was developed. The simulation results verified the method's good information integrity, high efficiency. Further process operation & energy saving optimization research can be proceeded by current simulator.
