富马酸沃诺拉赞是一种新型钾离子竞争性酸阻滞剂(P-CAB),本文对富马酸沃诺拉赞的合成路线进行了总结,利用片段构建法对富马酸沃诺拉赞的合成路线进行了综述和评价。

Vonoprazan fumarate is a new type of potassium competitive acid blocker（P-CAB）. In this article, we conclude its synthetic route, fragment combination method was used to review and evaluate its synthetic process.
