The TFT-LCD has become the mainstream display of flat display products on the market. Array process and CF process of TFT-LCD manufacturing are the most significant steps, which can determine TFT-LCD performance. In this paper, application of electronic chemicals in array and CF steps are introduced, and flat display industry and production process are also described. It gives the reference to flat display industry, electronic chemical manulhcturing industry and the relevant researcher.
