摘要
阳极氧化工序是手机金属外壳加工的重要工序,生产过程中在化抛、着色、氧化、封孔等工序均会产生废水,不同工序产生的废水污染物特征有较大不同。本文根据各股废水的特性对阳极氧化生产废水进行分类处理和回用,确保处理后出水达到环保排放标准。
Anodic oxidation process is important for mobile phone metal shell processing. During the process of production, the wastewater will be produced in the process of throwing, coloring, oxidating, sealing and so on. The pollutants produced by different processes are different. In this paper, according to the characteristics of each unit wastewater, the classification treatment and reuse of the anode oxidation wastewater are carried out to ensure that the treated effluent reaches the standard of environmental protection emission.
