摘要
以体积分数80%的甲醇水溶液作为提取液,通过超声波提取法实现了丹参中丹酚酸B的高效提取,结合高效液相色谱法测定准确快速地测定了丹参提取物中的丹酚酸B含量。对方法的准确性、精密度、线性范围、定量限进行了评价。方法的回收率在100.3%~102.7%之间,检出限为70 mg/g,RSD为0.01%~0.35%。
The salvianolic acid B in Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae was extracted by ultrasonic extraction method in methanol water solution with volume fraction of 80 % effectively. Then the content of salviano[ic acid B in Salvia extract was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The accuracy, precision, linear range and minimum detection limit of the method were tested. The recovery rates are 100.3 %-102.7 %, the detection limit to quantification is 14mg/g, the relative standard deviation is 0.01%-0.35 %.
