摘要
本文采用X射线荧光光谱法(XRF)对950铂合金中铂含量进行测试分析,主要分别从标准片、分析样品测试的均匀性、标准曲线的线性关系、测量结果的重现性、样品组成和标准片的不一致性等影响因素来评定测量结果的不确定度。最后得出合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。本方法的建立有利于在实际检测工作中对贵金属含量的判定进行合理的评定。
In this paper, X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometry (XRF)could be used to determinate 950 Platinum Alloy. Some important factors are researched to assess the uncertainty measurement. Such as the uniformity of test sample and standard sample, linear relationship of standard curve, repeatabition of the measurement result. The composition of inconsistencies between test sample and standard sample. Finally, the synthetic and expanding uncertainty are calculated. The method is Rood for developin~ the precious metals content measurement uncertainty in the actual work.
