高等院校专业建设应符合社会经济的发展目标,满足社会对人才需求的客观要求,着力培养符合要求的卓越人才。本文主要从人才培养目标、人才培养方案等方面介绍黄淮学院应用化学专业在人才培养模式上的探索。

Professional construction of colleges and universities should adapt for the goals o1＇ social and economic development and meet the objective requirement of social needs for talents, which focus on training outstanding talent that meets the requirements mentioned above. In this article, a tentative exploration on the personnel training mode of applied chemistry specialty of huanghuai university was mainly elaborated from the aspects of talent training objective and personnel cultivating program.
