科研成果不可验证性问题——发现机制的失效及可能的对策

The dilemma of research reproducibility: The failure of the discovery mechanism and the improvement

当前,科研论文成果不可验证的问题呈现严重化趋势。基于传统的科学研究的组织结构、研究成果的发表程序、科研成果的评价方式,我们很难系统地、有效地阻止和发现存在不可验证问题的论文。在实践中,一些看起来比较有效的发现问题的渠道,比如论文的同行评议、周边同行(同事、合作者、领域内同行)的监督和举报实际上也面临多重困难和阻力。这提示我们亟需探讨、制定和实施相应的对策。目前多方在重复实验、数据公开、同行评议、统计分析、科学家自律等方面的一些尝试可以给我们提供一些思路。

There are a number of research findings which can not be verified. Based on the traditional scientific research organization structure,the published procedure of research results,and the evaluation of scientific research,we are very difficult to systematically and effectively prevent and discover the existence of the problems. In practice,such as peer review,and the supervision and complaints of colleagues,partners and colleagues are also facing difficulties. It need to joint efforts from the peer review,repeated the experiment,data disclosure,statistical analysis,scientists own efforts and so on.
