摘要
创业教育是实现"双创"中国的关键,然而学者们关于创业教育与大学生创业关系的研究结论还存在争议。以253位大学生创业者为研究对象,从动态研究视角出发,采用层级回归模型,研究创业教育对创业机会开发及新企业成长之间的关系,并引入创业导向作为中介变量,检验创业教育的效果,并挖掘创业教育对大学生创业的影响机制。结果显示:(1)创业教育促进创业者创业导向的形成,进而有利于机会开发和企业成长;(2)创业教育分别调节创业导向与机会开发及企业成长之间的关系,其中,创业理论教育负向调节创业导向与机会开发之间的关系,正向调节创业导向与企业成长的关系,而创业实践教育分别正向调节创业导向与机会开发及企业成长之间的关系。
Entrepreneurship education( EE) can help to implement an entrepreneurial and innovative China,but the relation between EE and college students’ entrepreneurship remains controversial. From a dynamic research perspective,this article studies the relation between EE and the phased performance of entrepreneurial opportunity exploitation and entrepreneurial growth based on the mediation of entrepreneurial orientation( EO). The results show that:(1) EE can positively influence the formation of entrepreneurs’ EO,which would finally help with their opportunity exploitation and enterprise growth;(2) EE regulates the relation between EO and the new venture performance. In particular,theoretical EE negatively regulates the relation between EO and the opportunity exploitation,and positively regulates the relation between EO and enterprise growth. While practical EE plays a positive role to promote the relation between EO and both the two-phase performance.
