黄浦江西岸公共空间贯通开放实施工程属于《外滩金融集聚带建设规划》的范围,要求实现三线的整体贯通,体现整个黄浦滨江的公共性、公益性、安全性和可实施性。坚持"还江于民,还景于民"的开发理念,以打造"世界级滨水公共开放空间的核心区"为目标,保留更为丰富的历史文化韵味,营造更具活力的休闲氛围,打造上海未来理想城市新样板。

The implementation of the project ＂Public space opening through the West Bank of Huangpu River＂ belongs to the ＂the Bund financial agglomeration zone construction plan＂. The project required to achieve the overall through three lines in order to incarnate the publicity, commonweal, safety and practicability of the entire Huangpu Riverside. The project development conception insists ＂return the river and nature view to the public＂. The goal of the project is to make a world-class riverside open space in the core area, to maintain a more rich historical and cultural charm, to create a more dynamic leisure atmosphere and build up a new model for the future of ideal Shanghai city.
