摘要
铁路运量大而运能相对紧张 ,应通过合理组织运输 ,充分运用有限运能 ,来提高铁路运输效益。以贵阳铁路分局为切入点 ,根据目前铁路有关清算办法即运输货物的运输收入 ,研究并测算接发管内、直通货物的1t清算收入率 ,在此基础上进行了成本测算 ,盈亏分析和管内货物运距的相关性分析。认为通过合理的装车组织提高货物发送效率 ;优化装车组织 ,提高直通发送货物的平均运距是提高装车效益的关键 ,也是提高运输效益的重要途径。
The transport volume is huge for railway and the transport capacity is relatively tight. Thus it is important to make fully use of the limited transport capacity to improve railway transport benefits by suitable transport organization. Taking Guiyang Railway Sub Administration as trial, according to the current railway liquidation method and liquidation income of every ton of transported cargo, this paper studies and calculates the income rate of every ton of cargos being loaded/unloaded within its administration as well as the cargos through its administration. Based on this, it carries out analysis of cost calculation and benefit loss as well as relevant analysis of transport distance for the cargo within administration. The paper suggests that the cargo dispatch efficiency can be improved by suitable loading organization. To improve loading benefits, it is pivotal to optimize the loading organization to increase the average transport distance of the dispatched through cargo. This is also an important way to improve the transport benefits.
