摘要
根据不确定度分析原理,构建反平衡法工业锅炉热效率快速检测不确定度分析数学模型,并采用不确定度评定方法对某一燃煤锅炉的热效率测试结果进行分析评定。结果表明,影响反平衡法燃煤工业锅炉热效率测试结果不确定度的主要因素是燃料收到基低位发热量Q_(net,v,ar)、过量空气系数α_(py)和排烟温度t_(py),据此提出了降低测试过程中不确定度的有效措施。
According to the uncertainty analysis principle, this paper constructs uncertainty analysis mathematical model for anti-balancing industrial boiler thermal efficiency fast detection, and evaluates the thermal efficiency test result for one boiler using the uncertainty evaluation method. The result shows that the major factors affected anti-balancing method industrial boiler thermal efficiency test result is Qnot.v.~, apy, tpy. According to which, this paper puts forward the test process to reduce the uncertainty of effective measures.
