随着加工原油的多样化和劣质化日趋严重,炼油装置的腐蚀问题越来越突出。设备与管道的腐蚀问题已成为制约炼化装置长周期运行的瓶颈,而专业化腐蚀检查则是炼化行业有效应对装置腐蚀的可行方法。通过公司装置停产大检修期间进行专业化腐蚀检查的尝试,在分析总结专业化防腐检查的基础上,得出重点装置设备与管道的腐蚀原因与防腐措施,及时消除装置的腐蚀隐患。建议公司将装置检修与专业化腐蚀检查有机结合并形成制度,为炼化装置的设备与管道防腐提供有力的技术支撑,保障装置的"安稳长满优"运行。

With increasingly serious of diversification and inferior of processing crude oil, corrosion problem of equipment in refining unit is increasingly highlighted. Equipment and pipeline corrosion has become the bottleneck of long term operation of the refinery, and professional corrosion inspection is the feasible method for effective response to the device corrosion of the refining industry. Through professional corrosion inspection during the device shutdown overhaul, based on the analysis and summary of specialization anticorrosion checks, corrosion causes and anti-corrosion measures for the key equipment and pipeline are obtained, which would help to eliminate the corrosion risks. It is suggested that equipment maintenance and corrosion inspection should be combined and formed as a system by company, to provide strong technical support for anti-corrosion of equipment and pipeline in refining plant, and to protect device with ＂safe long full excellent＂ run.
