酸性/碱性启动模式下SRT对剩余污泥水解酸化的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以城市污水处理厂二沉池剩余污泥为研究对象,采用完全混合式污泥处理反应器研究了酸/碱2种启动模式下SRT对污泥水解产酸特性的影响。结果表明,采用酸性启动(p H=6.0)模式,控制SRT为6 d,水解酸化液中SCOD、VFAs最高累积质量浓度分别可达6 235.8、1 683.5 mg/L,较碱性启动模式(p H=10.0)分别提高了21.4%、37.5%,VFAs中乙酸累积量达到69.0%。2种启动模式下污泥水解酸化最佳SRT均为6 d,酸性启动(p H=6.0)模式较碱性模式更有利于城市剩余污泥水解酸化产物中的碳源的资源化利用。 Taking the excess sludge from the second settling pool in the municipal wastewater treatment plant as object,the effects of SRT on the characteristics of hydrolysis acidification of excess sludge by the acid and alkaline startup modes respectively in a continuous stirred tank reactor( CSTR). The results indicate that if SRT is controlled at6 d,the accumulation of SCOD and VFAs can reach 6 235. 8 mg·L-1and 1 683. 5 mg·L-1respectively by using acid startup mode( p H = 6. 0),which are 21. 4% and 37. 5% higher respectively than that by using alkaline startup mode( p H= 10. 0).Meanwhile,the proportion of acetic acid accumulation in VFAs reaches 69% under the acid startup mode.The optimal SRT is 6 d for hydrolytic acidification efficiency under both startup modes.The treatment process under acid startup( p H = 6. 0) mode has more advantageous to the resource utilization of carbon sources in the hydrolysis acidification products of municipal excess sludge,compared with that under alkaline fermentation( p H = 10) mode.
