煤-天然气资源耦合利用技术经济分析研究

摘要 对以煤和天然气为原料的工艺路线中的煤/天然气配比以及各因素对经济性的影响进行了研究,分析了较优的煤/天然气配比值以及各因素对经济性影响的大小。结果表明,当天然气所产有效气量占总有效气量30%左右时,此方案经济性较好,原因除了装置配置导致的总投资差异外,煤/天然气协同生产合成气也会降低变换和净化单元的负荷;另外,天然气对方案的经济性影响超过了煤,是导致低煤/天然气配比经济性差的主要原因。实际方案比选过程中,方案的选取需要综合各种因素,而不应仅根据单一因素做出判断。 Ratio of coal to natural gas and impacts of different factors on economic performance are studied in the process with both coal and natural gas as raw materials. The better ratio of coal to natural gas and influences level by different factors are analyzed. The results indicate that if the effective synthesis gas amount produced by natural gas accounts for 30% of the total,the scheme has a better economic performance.It is because different ratio needs different equipment and total investment,as well the coordination of coal and natural gas to make synthesis gas can cut down loading in the conversion unit and purification unit. In addition,the impact of natural gas on economic performance is bigger than that of coal,which is the main reason for lower ratio of coal to natural gas translating to worse economic performance.In practical comparison and selection of scheme,different factors need to be considered comprehensively,single factor can't be the accordance.
