摘要
针对循环水系统存在补水硬度、碱度偏高和水质易结垢腐蚀等情况,中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司应用了一种适合硬度和碱度偏高的新型循环水系统高浓缩倍数运行的无磷缓蚀阻垢剂spc-5501/spc-302,对循环水系统进行处理。现场应用结果表明:循环水系统的平均腐蚀速率和污垢沉积速率均能达到中国石化要求的"合格"标准,取得了良好的效果。通过无磷水处理剂的使用减少了磷排放,有效地防止了工业磷污染。
In view of the defects of supplementing water in circulating water system such as alkalinity, and being liable to scaling and corrosion, SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Co high hardness and , Ltd. applied a new phosphorus -free corrosion inhibitor spc -5501/spc -302 for treatment of the circulating system. The results showed that the average corrosion rate and the adhesion rate of circulating water system could meet the "qualified" standard of SINOPEC and have achieved good results. The use of phosphorus - free water treatment agents reduces phosphorus emissions and effectively prevents industrial phosphorus pollution.
