摘要 化工流程模拟技术以工艺过程的机理模型为基础,采用数学方法来描述化工过程,使人们可以从整个系统的角度来认识、分析、预测生产中深层次的问题,进行装置调优、流程剖析和过程综合,达到优化生产、节约资源、环境友好、提高经济效益的目的。文章利用流程模拟软件分析乙烯装置冷箱冻堵可能产生的原因,并以此为依据,解决实际生产问题。 The chemical process simulation technology adopts mathematical method to describe the chemical process on the basis of the mechanism model of the process, so as to enable people to understand, analyze and forecast the deep -level problems in the whole system, make plant optimization, flow analysis and process integration, and achieve the target of optimizing production, saving resources, protecting environment, and improving economic benefits. In this paper, the simulation process is used to analyze the possible causes of the frozen blocking of the cold box in the ethylene plant, so as to solve the actual production problems.
