A Research on Xi Jinping's Legal Thoughts

习近平法治思想,汲取了马克思主义经典作家的法治观点、中国共产党领袖人物的法治思想、中华民族优秀传统文化中的有益养分以及西方法治思想的合理成分,贯穿着辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的世界观、价值观、认识论和方法论,丰富和发展了中国特色社会主义法治理论。习近平法治思想集中体现在六个方面:目标是法治中国,根基是党的领导,方略是共同推进、一体建设,中心是依宪治国、依法行政,两个维度是国家法律、党内法制,基本途径是德治和法治并重。习近平法治思想呈现出坚持社会主义道路、坚持人民为中心、坚持公平正义的价值追求。

Xi Jinping＇s legal thoughts take in the law ideas of classical Marxists, the leaders of the Communist Party of China, the nutritious components of Chinese excellent traditional culture and the reasonable elements of western legal thoughts, integrate the world view, values, epistemology and methodology of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, enrich and develop the legal thoughts of socialism with Chinese characteristics. His legal thoughts can be seen in six aspects： the general aim is rule of law in China; the general basis is take the Communist Party of China as the leader; the new strategy is to boost integrated construction to-gether; the core is to govern by the constitution, administration according to law; the two dimensions are national laws and inner- party laws and regulations ; the basic approach is rule of virtue and rule of law. His legal thoughts also represent that we must take the socialist road, stick to the people-oriented idea and pursue justice and righteousness.
