Dynamic manufacturing source modeling and service composition optimization in internet of manufacturing things

摘要 目的:在制造物联网的环境下,合理运用制造资源的实时动态信息优化制造车间的服务能力,实现制造资源的最优整合.方法:以制造车间中的人力、物料、设备3种主要制造资源为研究对象,对其进行服务化建模,设计了一种基于上下文感知的制造资源服务发现机制,采用了基于灰色关联度的多目标综合评价方法,优化服务组合方案.结果:所采用方法的运行时间能够保持在2500 ms的可以接受范围内,所提机制随着制造任务增加,组合成功率可提高10%左右。结论:所提机制与采用的方法在保持资源组合响应效率的同时提高了可靠性. Aim: In the internet of manufacturing things,using reasonably the real-time dynamic information of manufacturing source can optimize service capability of manufacturing factory and implement the best coordination of manufacturing source. Methods: First of all, three kinds of manufacturing source,worker,material and equipment,as the main research objects are established service model. Then,a mechanism of service discover based on context-sensitive of manufacturing source is presented. Finally,a multi-objective comprehensive evaluation scheme based on gray correlation degree is used to optimize the case of service composition. Results: The running time of the method can be kept within the acceptable range of 2500 ms. With the increase of the manufacturing task,the combined success rate can be increased by about 10%. Conclusion: The mechanism and the method of optimization proposed in this paper can keep the response efficiency of manufacturing source coordinated meanwhile improve the reliability of composition.
