摘要
目的探讨不同宫颈组织中人角化层糜蛋白酶(KLK7)及E钙粘蛋白(E-cad)的表达及意义。方法选取正常宫颈组织、宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)组织及宫颈癌组织各25例,采用Western印迹及免疫组化方法检测各组中KLK7及Ecad的表达,并对KLK7与宫颈癌各临床病理特征进行相关性分析。结果与正常宫颈组织相比,KLK7在CIN及宫颈癌组织中的表达明显升高,而E-cad的表达明显降低(P<0.05)。KLK7在宫颈癌中的表达随着FIGO分期的增加而成逐渐上升趋势。其组织分化程度低、淋巴结转移阳性者,KLK7阳性表达率显著增高(P<0.05)。结论 KLK7与E-cad在宫颈癌中的表达呈负相关,两者在促进宫颈癌侵袭转移方面可能起协同作用。
Objective To explore the expressions of human stratum corneum ehymotrypsin (KLKT) and E-cadherin (E-cad) in cervical cancer and significance. Methods Twenty-five normal cervical tissue samples, twenty-five cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) tissue samples, and twenty-five cervical cancer tissue samples were selected, .Western blot and immunohistoehemieal assay were used to detect the expressions of KLK7 and E-cad in the three groups. The correlations between KLK7 and clinicopathologieal characteristics of cervical cancer were analyzed. Results Compared with normal cervical tissue, the expression levels of KLK7 increased significantly in both CIN group and cervical cancer group, while the expression levels of E-cad decreased significantly in both CIN group and cervical cancer group ( P〈0. 05 ) . The expression of KLK7 in cervical cancer showed a gradual increasing trend with FIGO stage. The positive expression rates of KLK7 in patients with low histological differentiation and positive lymph node metastasis increased significantly (P 〈 0.05 ) . Conclusion There is a negative correlation between KLK7 expression and E-cad expression in cervical cancer, which may play a synergis- tic role in invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer.Conclusion There is a negative correlation between KLK7 expression and E-cad expression in cervical cancer, which may play a synergistic role in invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer.
