活络骨康丸联合手术治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折合并髋臼骨折的疗效观察

Clinical observations of Huoluo Gukang Wan combination with operative treatment on femoral neck fractures with total hip arthroptasty

目的观察活络骨康丸联合手术治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折合并髋臼骨折的临床疗效。方法将24例股骨颈骨折合并髋臼骨折患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,观察两组愈合时间和临床疗效。结果治疗组的平均愈合时间比对照组缩短3.1个月,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组总有效率为83.3%,治疗组总有效率为100.0%。尽管两组愈合总有效率无统计学差异(P>0.05),但治疗组疗效达到优和良的例数高于对照组,且无疗效差者,表明治疗组疗效高于对照组。结论活络骨康丸联合骨折内固定术治疗可缩短患者愈合时间,提高疗效,从而提高并改善患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effectiveness of combination of Huoluo Gukang Wan with operative treatment on femoral neck fractures with total hip arthroptasty.Methods Total 24 patients with femoral neck fractures with total hip arthroptasty were randomly assigned to control group and treated group,and the cure time,and clinical effectiveness for these two group were also observed. Results After treatment,the cure time of treated group were less than the control for about 3.1 months but without statistical analysis（P0.05）. The total effective rate of control group was 83.3%（5 excellent patients,3 good patients,2 acceptable patients,2 invalid patients）,the total effective rate of treated group was 100. 0%（7 excellent patients,4 good patients,1acceptable patients,0 invalid patients）. Although there were significant difference between control and treated group for the efficacy（P0.05）,it was higher than the data of control. Conclusions Administration of Huanglian Wendan Decoction and western medicine clinical signs of diabetes complicated by coronary disease patients combination of Huoluo Gukang Wan and operative treatment on femoral neck fractures with total hip arthroptasty can shorten the cure time and notably enhance the clinical effectiveness.
