PDCA联合ABC管理健康教育对慢性心力衰竭患者自我管理能力和生活质量的影响

Effect of PDCA combined with ABC management health education on self-management and life quality of patients with chronic heart failure patients

目的探讨PDCA模式联合ABC管理健康教育对慢性心力衰竭患者自我管理能力和生活质量的影响。方法选取2013年1月至2015年12月住院治疗的慢性心力衰竭患者124例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组各62例。对照组进行常规健康教育,观察组采用PDCA模式与ABC管理相结合的方法进行健康教育。比较两组患者的自我管理能力、生活质量及满意度。结果观察组在心理和社会适应方面、饮食管理、药物管理及症状管理等自我管理各维度的依从性均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。入院时两组患者生活质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗半年后观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对健康教育的满意度总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用PDCA模式与ABC管理相结合的方法对慢性心力衰竭患者进行健康教育,可以改善患者的自我管理能力,从而提高生活质量,同时加强护患间的合作,提高患者对健康教育和治疗的满意度。

Objective To investigate the influence of PDCA model combined with ABC management health education on self-management and life quality of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 124 slow heart failure patients were picked out as research samples from January 2013 to December 2015,randomly distinguished them as observation group and control group. Observation group adopted regular health education,control group adopted PDCA model and ABC management to exert health education. Compared self-management ability,life quality and satisfaction rate of two teams. Results Observation group were better in psychological and social adjustment,diet management,medicine management and symptom management and self-management than compared team. Difference had statistical significance（P0.05）. There was no statistical difference.Conclusions The PDCA model and ABC management combination method can improve patients ＇ selfmanagement ability,and then improve life quality,and enhance nurse-patient cooperation,and improve patients＇ satisfaction rate of health education and treatment.
