建筑工程的全过程投资控制分析

近些年来,作为国民经济支柱产业的建筑业得到快速发展,建造能力不断增强,建筑质量和建设速度有了明显提升。但也应该看到,我国建筑业整体上仍大而不强,一些制约建筑业健康发展的制度性因素和市场因素仍然存在,使得建筑业的很多问题仍不断出现,特别是建筑工程的投资控制问题,仍普遍存在工程决算超投资预算现象。本文分析了国内建筑工程投资控制存在的问题,并提出了对建筑工程全过程投资控制的解决思路。

In the past few years,as the pillar industries in national economy,the construction industry developed rapidly. Consequently its building capacity has been continuously strengthened,and the quality and efficiency of construction has been greatly improved.But we should also be clear of the fact that our construction industry is large but not strong,and there are still some institutional and market factors restricting the sound development of the construction industry,especially in the investment control over construction engineering projects.It is still very common that the project final accounts exceed the budgets.In this article,the author analyzes the current problems involved in investment control over domestic construction engineering projects,and puts forward corresponding solutions as well.
