儒家文化认同是北朝文化认同的核心。北朝君臣学习、接纳儒家文化并将其内化为自身的思想意识和文化修养,将"圣人之言"作为理论指南,用以指导修身、齐家、治国、平天下的实践,在诏书、上表或朝议之中援引或化用儒家典籍语句或思想是其集中表现。虽然其间的历程艰难曲折,但这种经典征引的从零星到普遍化、习惯化的趋势,表明儒家思想作为北朝核心统治思想的地位逐渐确立,文化认同趋于完成。

The Confucian culture identity was the core of that in Northern Dynasties.The ruler and his subjects in the Northern Dynasties had learned and accepted the Confucian culture and fused the Confucianism thought into their own ideologies and cultural cultivation,and considered Confucius' s words as the theory guide to practise Self-cultivation,Family Management,State Governance as well as World Harmonization.Citing and applying the sentence and thoughts from Confucianism in their rescript,government discuss and written statement were the centralized reflection.Although the process was hard and tortuous,the trend of citing classic Confucianism thought from sporadic to universalization,indicating the Confucianism thought has generally firmed the position as the core ruling thought of Northern Dynasties and cultural identity tended to be achieved.
