专利代理行业是专利制度有效运转的重要支撑,也是知识产权服务业体系中的关键部分。本文从我国专利代理行业目前的最新形势出发,初步研究了英国专利代理行业的基本情况、市场准入规则以及英国特许专利律师协会的基本情况,以期对我国专利代理行业的发展提供参考。

The patent agency industry is an important support for the effective operation of the patent system and is a key part of the intellectual property service system. Based on the current situation of China’s agency industry, this paper studies the basic situation of the UK patent agency industry, the rules of market access and the basic situation of the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys, with a view to providing reference for the development of China’s patent agency industry.
