Status Quo Research of Patent Agency Industry in China Taiwan Region

在我国建设知识产权强国的过程中,构建健全规范的专利代理制度体系是知识产权事业发展的有力支撑。随着经济发展和社会进步,虽然我国专利代理制度建设取得了很大的进步,但是还存在一些问题和不足。本文以研究我国台湾地区专利代理行业现状为基础,分析台湾地区专利代理制度改革的方向,提炼其值得借鉴之处,为完善我国专利代理制度提供依据。

In the process of building intellectual property power country, constructing a healthy and standardized patent agency system is a strong support for the development of intellectual. With economic development and social progress, China’s patent agency system has made great progress, but there are still some problems and shortcomings. This paper is based on the study of the status quo of patent agency industry in Taiwan, analysis the direction of patent agency system reform in Taiwan, refine something worthy of reference, and provide the basis for perfecting our patent agency system.
