亚洲棉与瑟伯氏棉种间远缘杂种的合成及其性状鉴定 被引量:4

摘要 本研究以亚洲棉为母本,野生瑟伯氏棉为父本进行远缘杂交,成功获得不育杂种F1。并对该杂种进行形态学和SSR分子标记鉴定。杂种植株生长受阻,不现蕾,叶型间于双亲之间。SSR结果表明,杂种中既能扩增出父母本带,也有父母本没有的新带,统计分析得出杂种中母本遗传成分占39.47%,父本占42.11%,重组带占18.42%,表明杂种形成过程中父母本染色体进行了重组和片段交换。形态和分子鉴定结果都表明了杂种的真实性。本研究为进一步合成人工异源四倍体提供了有价值的材料。 In the present study, G. arboreum was as a female parent to hybrid with G. thurberi getting a hybrid F1.Morphological and SSR molecular analyses were used to assess the hybridity. The results showed that the hybrid growth was retardant and no flower bud appeared. The hybrid leaf showed intermediate style between two parents.SSR identification results showed that there were parents bands in hybrid and some novel bands were amplified in hybrids. The hybrid ratio was 39.47% following with G. arboreum, 42.11% with G. thurberi, 18.42% new recombination indicating that potential mutations and chromosomal recombination occurred between parental genomes during hybridization. Both morphology and SSR identification tested the hybridity. This research also provides valuable material for further artificial tetraploid.
