Discipline Building Management in the View of Traditional Management Ideas

摘要 中国传统管理智慧对大学学科建设工作具有一定的指导意义。通过对学科建设过程中"道、法、势、术、器"的内涵界定,对"道、法、势、术、器"指导学科建设管理的思路、举措进行了研究,并借鉴世界一流大学学科发展的经验和现实,形成了科学取舍并坚守学科战略、弘扬文化并构建自由秩序、依助权威并奉行强优立异、巧布实体并推行体系建设、定期评估并推进校企合作的管理思路。 Chinese traditional management wisdom has some guiding value to discipline building of universities. Based on the connotation definition of “Way, Law, P otential,Technique and Device”,the paper presents a research on the mentality and measures of discipline building in the view of traditional management wisdom. Taking the devel-opment experience of first-class universities for reference, the paper concludes management method from five angles. The paper suggests that making correct choice and addicting to the chosen disciplinary strategy is the right “Way”. “Law”is the base for discipline building, disciplinary culture development and construction of freedom and order, while “Potential” means to do discipline building work with the help of authority, developing priority and dislocation competition. Doing layout of the entity and developing disciplinary system is the “Technique”,and assessing regular-ly and cooperating with enterprises is the “Device”.
