摘要
虎林市东方红水库总体建设方案归纳为:通过拟建的阿南(乌苏里江)总干渠和阿北(截流沟兼)总干渠,连接乌苏里江、七虎林河、阿布沁河、小清河、西南岔河、小西南岔河、西北河、灌排渠系等江河沟渠和东方红水库(大型)、阿南蓄水区平原水库(中型)、小荒山水库(小型)、西南岔水库(中型)、西大岗滞洪区(大型)等湖库泡后,将形成阿布沁河流域江河沟湖库泡水网体系。简单概括为:一江、六河、二渠、五库(1625)水网体系。东方红水库灌区建成后,在三江平原地区可成为举足轻重的大型灌区,灌溉效益面积可达到6万hm2左右。
General construction scheme for the Dongfanghong reservoir of Hulin City is summarized as:by planning to build the Anan total main canal( Wusuli River) and Abei total main canal( closure ditch) to connect Wusuli river,Qihulin river,Abuqin river,Xiaoqing river,Western Nancha river,Small western Nancha river,Xibei river and irrigation and drainage canal system,to communicate with the Dongfanghong reservoir( large-style), plain reservoir in Anan storage area( medium-stely),Xiaohuangshan reservoir( small-style), western Nancha reservoir( medium-style) and Xidagang detention water area( large-style),a water net system composed of rivers,ditches,lakes,reservoirs around the Abuqin river basin will be formed. It may be summarized in brief as one river,six rivers,two canals and five reservoirs( 1625). The irrigation area of Dongfanghong reservoir will reach about 0.06 million hm^2 and will be a vital large-style irrigation in Sanjiang plain area after the reservoir is completed.
