为考核曲轴的弯曲疲劳强度 ,研制了一套由可编程控制器 (PIC)和PC机组成的高效、高自动化的试验装置 ,该装置可模拟曲轴在实际工况下的受力情况 ,测量所受应力的大小和分布等参数。实际应用证明 。
In order to assess the bending fatigue strength of crankshaft,an automatic experiment equipment which is composed of a programmable controller(PLC) and a host computer is development.The bench can simulate the stress of crankshaft under operating situation,measure the distribution and the value of the crankshaft.The results of experiment show that this system has higher stability and automatization level.
