摘要 为减小异步电机起动电流,改善电机起动性能,以三相反并联晶闸管为主电路,研制一种基于嵌入式操作系统的智能软启动器.利用以STM32F407为控制核心的嵌入式实时操作系统uCOS II实现软启动器实时检测电压、电流和计算并发送触发脉冲的多任务处理.同时该软启动器集多种起动、停车模式和软硬件检测与保护于一体,能实时检测电机起动过程的欠压、过流和缺相等多种信号,从而实现对电机的多重保护和智能控制.最后完成硬件电路的设计与调试,并通过仿真和实验验证软启动器的性能. In order to reduce the starting current of asynchronous motor and improve the starting performance of the motor,an intelligent soft starter based on embedded operating system is developed,which is based on three phase anti parallel thyristors.By using STM32F407 as the MCU with embedded RTOSuCOS-II to realize detection voltage,current,and calculates and sends trigger pulses multitasking.Meanwhile,the soft-starter integrates many starting and stopping modes,as well as detection and protection of hardware and software,real-time detection of voltage,current and lack of phase signal under motor starting process,so as to realize the multiple protection and intelligent control of motor.Finally,the hardware circuit is designed and debugged,and the performance of the soft starter is verified by simulation and experiment.
