省级电梯应急处置信息平台建设研究

Study on Construction of Provincial Information Platform for Emergency Response to the Elevator

针对城市电梯应急处置平台与省级电梯应急处置信息平台的功能差异,对尚无先例的省级电梯应急处置信息平台进行了定位,分析了现有的建设模式,提出了具有综合优势的第三种建设模式,并对第三种模式下省级平台应具备的功能进行了分析。

Aiming at the functional difference between the information platform of emergency response to the elevator at the provincial level and the city level, we carry on orientation of the provincial information platform for elevator emergency response which is no close precedents, and analyze existing construction model. The third construction model with comprehensive advantages is proposed. Then the functions should be possessed under the third construction model are analyzed.
