荧光纳米银(AgFNPs)的可控合成及表征

摘要 纳米银可以呈现强的荧光性质。采用W/O微乳方法制备出具有较强荧光强度的荧光纳米银颗粒(AgFNPs),并且通过改变W/O微乳体系中的水和表面活性剂摩尔比来控制AgFNPs的尺寸。高分辨透射电镜结果表明,AgFNPs的尺寸随着水和表面活性剂摩尔比增大。光学性质研究结果表明AgFNPs在400nm左右有强吸收,并且随着尺寸的变大,紫外吸收峰逐渐红移;同时,AgFNPs在420nm左右有强发射,且荧光激发光谱和发射光谱呈完好的对称性。 Silver Nanoparticles have strong fluorescence property.In this paper,highly fluorescent silver nanoparticles(AgFNPs)have been prepared by microemulsion method and the sizes of AgFNPs were controlled by altering the molar ratio(ω)of water-to-surfactant in the waterin-oil microemulsion.The results of transmission electron microscopy were shown that the AgFNPs sizes increased with incremental molar ratio(ω)of water-to-surfactant.The results of optical properties showed that AgFNPs had a strong absorption at about 400 nm,and the UV absorption peaks gradually red shifted with the size increasing.At the same time,AgFNPs had a strong emission at about 420 nm,and the fluorescence excitation spectrum and emission spectrum of AgFNPs were in good symmetry.
