摘要
目的总结荷包包埋阑尾残端在腹腔镜阑尾切除术中的应用体会。方法回顾分析2013年5月—2016年5月施行128例腹腔镜阑尾切除术术中荷包包埋阑尾残端的经验体会。结果 128例腹腔镜阑尾切除术残端荷包包埋均获成功,无1例发生继发性损伤及并发症。结论荷包包埋阑尾残端在腹腔镜阑尾切除术具有优势,不但安全可靠,且不增加患者手术费用,值得推广。
Objective To report the experience of applying purse-string suture in securing the base of appendix in laparoscopic appendectomy. Methods A total of 128 cases who underwent laparoscopic appendectomy assisted by purse-string suture for appendix stump from May 2013 to May 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All 128 surgeries succeeded and no patients got secondary injury or complication. Conclusion Purse-string suture in securing the base of appendix in laparoscopic appendectomy is safe,reliable,and economical,and thus deserves wide application in clinic.
