高校安全稳定工作是构建和谐校园的重要组成部分,关系到国家政治稳定、社会长治久安以及高校自身的建设和发展。当前,高校影响安全稳定工作的因素呈现出复杂化和多样化,进一步加大了高校安全工作的难度。通过建立高校安全稳定工作影响因素的层次分析结构模型并进行综合评价,校园规章制度问题、大学生安全教育不足、自我保护意识缺乏等是影响高校安全的重要因素。因此要积极建立健全校园安全规章制度,丰富大学生安全教育工作的内容和方法,加强校园安全工作队伍建设,建立校园安全预警机制和信息网络体系,保障高校的安全稳定。

The security and stability of universities is an important part of building a harmonious campus, which is related to the political stability of the country, the long-term stability of the society and the construction and development of the university itself. At present, the factors that affect the security and stability work in universities show the complexity and diversification, and further increase the difficulty of the security work in universities. Through the establishment of the hierarchi-cal analysis structure model of the factors affecting the safety and stability of universities and the com-prehensive evaluation, it can be seen that the problems of campus rules and regulations, lack of uni-versity students^ safety education and lack of self-protection consciousness are important factors that affect the safety of universities. Therefore, we should actively establish and improve the campus safe-ty rules and regulations, enrich the content and methods of safety education for university students, strengthen the construction of campus safety workforce, establish the campus security early warning mechanism and information network system, and ensure the security and stability in universities.
